As of January 2, 2024, United Development Funding (“UDF”) is migrating to a new transfer agent for recordkeeping services. The new transfer agent will be Transfer Online, Inc., and will offer free online access to view and manage your account. We expect this transition to be completed by mid-February 2024.
If you hold UDF IV shares in a brokerage account, you will not see any changes in the reporting you receive.

We anticipate there will be a 6-week transition period where maintenance items and transfers will be delayed due to the migration to Transfer Online.
After the transition is complete in mid-February, you will be able to access your account on the Transfer Online portal. At www.transferonline.com the following services are available to you:
- View and edit shareholder account information
- View stock or limited partnership holdings
- The ability to download common forms
You will be receiving a notice from Transfer Online once the transition has been completed. That notice will contain instructions on how to access your account on the new platform.
