Please see the link below to view important updated information about the 2024 UDF IV Annual Shareholder Meeting that has been posted to https://www.udfforshareholders.com/.
The updated website information includes new FAQs with information and instructions related to voting in the upcoming election of the United Development Funding IV Board of Trustees. Shareholders can vote, and are encouraged to vote, their shares today on the WHITE proxy card.
Shareholders face a critical decision regarding the future of their UDF IV investment, and have the opportunity to continue UDF IV’s work to protect and enhance shareholder value by re-electing our four independent Trustees- Steven J. Finkle, Lawrence S. Jones, J. Heath Malone, and Philip K. Marshall.
We urge shareholders to vote “FOR” ONLY the four nominees proposed by the Board of Trustees on the WHITE proxy card included in the enclosed UDF IV proxy materials mailed on August 8, 2024.
We believe that NexPoint is pursuing a self-interested campaign to extract the value of the Trust’s portfolio for its own benefit and to the detriment of all other shareholders.
